The Civil Office generally lists weekday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Jail visitation scheduling uses 585-268-9428. A records request should identify the person, approximate booking date, agency, and requested record. Paper copies are normally 25 cents per page; electronic delivery may be available through the county process.
